Custom Angle Valve

The soft start valve is to prevent air surge when valve opens since a sudden change in pressure might have a negative effect to the process. This custom angle valve with a small orifice allows a soft pump down and vacuum system isolation, it functions as a small bypass valve to the main isolation valve. We also offer a large isolation valve with a small bypass valve integrated in one piece.

• Vacuum range: 1 x 10^-9  Torr
• Leak test: 1 x 10^-9  atm cc/sec of He
• Bake temperature:  120^oC
• MTTF (life): 1,500,000 Cycle
• Time from open-close: < 0.5 sec
• Operating temperature: 20^o to 100^oC
• Differential pressure: 15 psi
• Position Indicator: 28 VDC or 115 VAC
• Operating pressure: 60 - 95 psi

Our valves can be customized with all different end configuration. For the need to purge the gas in the foreline, we can customize the valve with VCR fittings, see picture for your reference. Other special end fittings, such as NPT and compression fittings are available upon request.
