Baseplate style operating temperature: −20 °C to 150 °C.
| Type | Voltage / Current | Conductor | # of Pins | Operating Temp. | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Medium Voltage | 10 kV / 25 A | BeCu | 1–8 | −100 °C to 450 °C |
Bake Temp:
CF flange up to 450 °C
KF flange up to 150 °C
|
| High Voltage | 100 kV / 180 A | BeCu | 1–4 | −100 °C to 450 °C | |
| High Current | 12 kV / 600 A | Cu, Ni, SS | 1–10 | −100 °C to 450 °C | |
| Water Cooled | 8 kV / 1,000 A | Cu | 1–4 | −100 °C to 450 °C | For continuous high current duty |
Actual ratings depend on flange size, pin count, creepage/clearance, and environment.
| Conductor | Current Capacity | Corrosion Resistance |
|---|---|---|
| Copper (Cu) | High | Low |
| Stainless Steel (SS) | Low | Medium |
| Nickel (Ni) | Medium | High |
Select based on required current, base pressure, and working gas.
The key selection criteria are maximum operating voltage, maximum current per conductor, base pressure, and working environment (gas type and pressure). Standard high-power and high-voltage models in multiple ratings and flange styles are in stock.
Mounting options: Weldable, KF, CF, and Baseplate. Baseplate versions are commonly used in vacuum furnaces and coating applications. NPT configurations are available via adapters.
