Return Policy

All the returns require pre-approval from Vacuum Products Corp (VPC) including an VPC issued RMA#, please contact sales@vacproducts.com and request for RMA form.

For the non-warranty issue items

1. Unused standard catalog items may be returned within 30 days of the date of receipt.
2. Custom or special order items are not returnable and noncancelable
3. Return items must be unused and in its original package.  
4. A 25% restocking fee will apply.
5. Returned shipping fee is at Buyer’s expense.
6. After the return is received, VPC will inspect and issue the Buyer a credit for the amount paid for such products less the restocking fee.

For warranty repair items

1. VPC will accept product returned for repair or exchange under warranty if the parts don’t meet VPC’s warranty (See VPC terms and conditions).
2. Repair and shipping fees are at VPC’s expense.

For non-warranty repair items

1. There will be an evaluation process for non-warranty repair items, and an evaluation fee applies and will be provided prior to the return. 
2. The evaluation fee will be waived if the repair is authorized.
3. Return shipping fee is at Buyer’s expense.
4. Once evaluate, a repair cost will be provided upon Buyer’s approval.
