Able the withstand HF corrosion, the Integrated Block Poppet Valve series are robust but compact valves that comes with imbedded position sensing capability. Application includes aluminum chamber clean, high frequency operation, glove box battery roduction, etc. 

Chemraz or Kalrez O-Rings are available.
