Multi-Pin Feedthroughs
Multi-pin Feedthrough
Multi-pin feedthroughs are commonly used to transmit electrical signals and low power into vacuum systems. They are often referred to as instrumentation feedthroughs in surface analysis, electron microscopy, and process tools.
Non-coaxial multi-pin styles are suited for low-impedance sources where induced noise is less critical. Available in CF and KF flanges.
- Type C (Circular): Gold-plated 4–35 pins; threaded connector meets MIL-C-5015.
- Type D (D-sub): Gold-plated 9/15/25/50 pins; meets MIL-C-24308. Compact 9-pin for space-constrained layouts.
- Mounting: CF or KF flange. Atmosphere-side connector supplied (customer wiring required). Vacuum-side connector purchased separately.
