Chambers come in many shapes and sizes consist of Bell Jar, Rectangular, and Cylindrical configurations. Available in Stainless Steel, supplied with electropolished surface finish with mounting bosses and can be ordered with support frame. Additionally, seamless integration with feedthrough options is provided for applications. Please refer to this page for the feedthrough selection.
